Job
Based in Nairn, organising the efficient running of a modern bakery with 30 production staff, producing a wide variety of baked goods for retail (12 shops) and wholesale.
Person
Hands on bakery manager who has an eye for quality, is able to manage staff effectively, and take responsibility for all production matters, preferably with a working knowledge of BRC.
Co-ordinating production on both nightshift and dayshift.
Pay
Good salary plus performance related bonus. Accommodation can be provided if required.
